100% secure. Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely! We use 128-bit secure socket
layers to protect your personal information;
one of the safest processing system on the

All information about your order is
encrypted, and cannot be viewed by anyone

What are the delivery costs and time?
Inkjet and toner cartridges ordered Monday
to Friday before 3PM will be
despatched the same day. Orders placed after
3PM on Friday and orders placed over the
weekend or on Public Holidays will be
despatched on the next working day.
- FREE delivery on all orders within the
United Kingdom.
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail and take on
average
1-2 days to arrive after it leaves our UK
warehouse.
International delivery costs only £2.95 and
take 5 to 10 days depending on your country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SWITCH,
SOLO and PayPal.
What is your return policy?
4ink.co.uk strives to offer 100%
satisfaction to all of our customers. If you
are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we will quickly replace it, or you
may return it for a full refund of the
purchase price within 60 days.
Will your products void my printer
warranty?
No, none of our products will void your
printer warranty.
What does "Chipped" cartridge mean?
Unless otherwise stated cartridges
supplied by 4ink.co.uk are chipped, which means they
are ready to print and hassle free.
If you
buy cartridges "without chip" then you need
to remove the old chip off the old cartridge
with a knife and glue onto the new one.
What is a compatible printer cartridge?
A compatible cartridge is not manufactured
by the original manufacturer of your printer
(called an OEM cartridge), but will function
and work in the same way that an OEM
cartridge would. 4ink.co.uk is one of
the few printer companies that offer
compatible cartridges that contain extra
ink/toner compared to an OEM cartridge.
What is an OEM cartridge?
An OEM cartridge is a "name brand" cartridge
from one of the printer manufacturers (OEM
is an abbreviation for "Original Equipment
Manufacturer").
